We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive (Procurement & Logistics) to support procurement, logistics, and retail operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth product supply, efficient deliveries, and strong operational support across our retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement
Manage sourcing and procurement of goods, equipment, and services from both local and overseas suppliers.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely purchasing to support business operations.
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to understand product requirements and campaign needs.
Logistics
Supervise and coordinate a team of drivers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Plan and manage transport arrangements for special projects and ad-hoc operational requests.
Ensure delivery schedules and logistics processes are carried out efficiently.
Retail Operations Support
Support day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth store operations.
Assist in developing and improving operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with internal teams to support the rollout of marketing campaigns and promotions across outlets.
Job Requirements:
Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or operations.
Good understanding of retail or omnichannel business operations is an advantage.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be advantageous.
Experienced individuals may be considered for senior positions.
