Job Description

We are partnering with a leading global technology firm with a strong presence across Asia. As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their capabilities in AI-driven solutions to support enterprise customers in digital transformation and operational efficiency.

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth of AI-related solutions in Singapore. This is a client-facing, commercially driven role, where you will work with enterprise customers to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with internal technical teams to bring solutions to market, while owning the end-to-end sales process.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Pipeline Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise accounts
  • Engage clients to understand business needs and uncover solution opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong, sustainable sales pipeline

2. Solutioning & Client Engagement

  • Work with internal teams to design and position technology-driven solutions, including AI-related use cases where relevant
  • Translate client requirements into practical, scalable solutions
  • Present clear value propositions aligned with business outcomes

3. Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal closure
  • Drive commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, solution, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and contribute market insights

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the technology sector
  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales
  • Exposure to cloud, data, or AI-related solutions is a plus (but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
