Job Description

Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the customers
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
Ensure the bar operations runs effectively smoothly daily with adequate stock and necessary goods to achieve sales and profits
Liaise with kitchen staff and servers
Communicate with their staff members regarding unavailable drink items on the menu so that alternatives may be offered to customers
Provides all guests with a memorable experience at the Bar
Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Developing new cocktail recipes.
Establish and manage the bar with the highest level of hospitality, customer service and hygiene standards
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Manager as required.
