Bartender

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality beverage service, maintaining a well-organised bar, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to customers.

• Ensure the bar area, equipment, and workstations are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.

• Monitor beverage supplies and assist with stock counting, replenishment, and proper storage.

• Follow established beverage recipes, service standards, and operating procedures.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.

• Assist other team members with daily operations, particularly during busy periods.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on duty.

• Be flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
