BARTENDER

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.

• Interact with guests, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations when required.

• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

• Maintain product quality, presentation, and consistency of all drinks served.

• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements.

• Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with bar inventory and replenishment.

• Work closely with service staff and kitchen team to ensure efficient service.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.

• Provide attentive and friendly service to create a positive guest experience.
