Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.

• Simple food item preparation.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.

• Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.

• Handle POS transactions accurately.

• Comply with all safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations.

• Support the team in daily operations and special events.

Requirements:

• Hygiene Certificate required for food preparation.
• Previous bartending, kitchen assistant or customer service experience preferred.
