Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to standard recipes
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
- Engage with customers and provide a friendly, memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café (bar, equipment, seating area)
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Assist with stock management and basic inventory checks
- Support team members during peak hours
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for coffee, tea, and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Prior barista experience is a plus (training provided for beginners)
