BARISTA SUPERVISOR

About the Role:
Join our team as a Barista Supervisor, where you'll bring our coffee and beverage experience to life! In this role, you'll prepare coffee and non-coffee beverages, handle cashiering and ordering, prepare simple hot food items, and deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and non-coffee based beverages to the highest standard.
• Assist with ordering, cashiering, and inventory management.
• Prepare and serve a simple hot food menu.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Assist and support coffee cart events when necessary
• Oversee multiple sites, ensuring SOP and quality control.
• Manage staff scheduling and training.
