About Us
We are looking for a barista who enjoys coffee, takes pride in service, and is willing to grow and learn with the team. This role is suitable for someone with a good attitude, some café experience, and the willingness to build deeper skills in specialty coffee, workflow, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and other beverages consistently
- Dial in espresso and maintain drink quality throughout service
- Provide warm, attentive, and efficient customer service
- Take orders, handle POS transactions, and support smooth front-of-house operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, dining area, and equipment
- Support daily opening and closing duties
- Refill stock, monitor inventory, and help with stock rotation
- Follow SOPs for beverage preparation, hygiene, and food safety
- Work closely with the team during peak periods and contribute to a positive work culture
- Be open to training and continuous improvement in coffee knowledge and café operations
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and café workflow
- Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work well in a team
- Willing to grow, learn, and receive training
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
Nice to Have
- Experience with manual brewing such as V60
- Latte art ability
- Interest in specialty coffee
- Experience with opening/closing duties and basic equipment care

Salary
- Starting from S$2,000 to S$2,600 for candidates depending on experience
- Higher salary can be considered for stronger candidates with solid bar skills and service consistency
