Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality
Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently
Monitor baking processes, including fermentation, proofing, and oven temperatures
Ensure all products are freshly baked and presented attractively for customers
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area in compliance with food safety standards
Check the quality of raw materials and report any issues to the supervisor
Manage stock levels of ingredients and assist in inventory control
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and company guidelines
Work closely with the team to meet daily production targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Ability to work early shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
