Sell and demonstrate product knowledge by advising the customer/answering queries & suggesting products to the customer as part of the ordering process.
Maintain the cleanliness and housekeeping standards of the outlet at all times.
Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
Assist in restaurant operations to ensure that the outlet is properly set for service.
Prepare necessary amount of garnish for the full day service.
Adhoc duties as assigned by Line Manager.
Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Singaporean and PR only.
Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
1+ years in a similar role in restaurant/cafe/F&B.
A detailed eye for cleanliness and presentation.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to high-pressure situations.
Passion to provide an outstanding and positive customer experience.
Outgoing and strong personality, positive attitude and effective communication skills.
Must be efficient and well organized.
Must be creative and open to preparing new drinks.
