We're on the lookout for a Bar Manager who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced service environment, and leads confidently from the front. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
- Create and update drink menus, including cocktails and specialty beverages
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock control
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all beverages, including alcohol
- Control costs, minimise wastage, and meet revenue targets
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and enhance overall bar experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bar or beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good organisational and inventory management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of the role.
