Key Responsibilities
- Rotate across front-of-house and operational functions to gain a full understanding of the business.
- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Learn and uphold service standards, SOPs, and brand expectations.
- Assist in staff coordination, scheduling, and shift operations.
- Work closely with both service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest interactions and support service recovery when needed.
- Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and cost management.
- Support basic administrative tasks, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Participate in training programmes and development plans.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong interest in the F&B and hospitality industry.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
