Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Management Trainee, you'll be part of the journey, learning the ropes of running a F&B operation from the ground up. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate across front-of-house and operational functions to gain a full understanding of the business.
  • Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Learn and uphold service standards, SOPs, and brand expectations.
  • Assist in staff coordination, scheduling, and shift operations.
  • Work closely with both service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle guest interactions and support service recovery when needed.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and cost management.
  • Support basic administrative tasks, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Participate in training programmes and development plans.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in the F&B and hospitality industry.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
