Job Description & Requirements

Job Scope:

. Able to produce bread/buns on schedule

. Assist in preparations of bread and other items

. Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products

. Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients

. Responsible to maintain the premises of the baking area in a neat and hygienic manner

. Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness

. Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery functions

. Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

. Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years and above of bakery work experience

. Physical fit and able to carry heavy stuff

. Ability to read and follow recipes

. Possess baking skills

. Good organizational skills

. Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations

. Ability to meet strict deadlines
