About the Role:
Join our team in a structured and supportive environment where you will play an important role in maintaining and organizing customer records. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy working with data in a systematic way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digitize and scan customer profiles into the system on a daily basis
- Ensure all customer documents (e.g. profiles, member IDs, treatment records, remarks, invoices) are complete and well-organized prior to scanning
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records
- Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness after scanning
- Organize and manage scanned files for easy retrieval
- Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc duties when required

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with basic computer and data entry tasks
- Responsible, reliable, and able to meet daily targets
- Able to handle confidential information with care
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in admin or data entry is a plus (training provided)

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Contract Details:
- 6-month contract (renewable based on performance)
