About the Role:
- Lead and manage the project teams by assigning duties and responsibilities to appropriate team members.
- Provide guidance, training, and coaching to project team members to strengthen their abilities.
- Manage all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement,quality & risk for projects including planning, design, construction,occupancy and close out.
- Deal directly with clients to define project requirements then prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cashflow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control and risk identification.
- Monitor project progress by tracking milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution through problem-solving and adaptability
- Perform any related duties as required and directed.
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Estate Management, Building, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of project management experience with proven track record of successfully delivering projects
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to guide teams and drive project success
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and control costs effectively
- Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to overcome obstacles
- Analytical skills to assess project data and make informed decisions
- Risk management capabilities to identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Proficiency with project management software tools and methodologies
- Ability to work well in collaborative and diverse team environments
