Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time baker to prepare and bake traditional buns and dough products during morning shifts, ensuring quality and readiness for the next day's production.

Responsibilities

Bake buns each morning to meet production schedules and quality standards
Prepare ingredients and dough accurately for the following day's baking needs
Mix dough and shape buns to ensure consistent product quality and appearance
Follow production instructions precisely and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Work independently to complete assigned baking tasks efficiently within shift hours

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Previous baking experience preferred to ensure familiarity with dough preparation and baking processes
Ability to work independently and follow production instructions to maintain workflow and product quality
