Job Title: Baker

Monthly Salary: UP to $3,200 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Woodlands

Working Hours: 6 days work week - 10 hours per day - 1 hour break OR

5 days work week - 44 hours total

Responsibilities and Duties:

Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Baker to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in baking and food preparation, with good attention to quality, consistency, and hygiene. You will be responsible for preparing and baking products according to the company's recipes and standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to recipes and company standards.

. Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately for baking.

. Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality to ensure consistent results.

. Assist with food preparation, portioning, and packaging of bakery products when required.

. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, equipment, and workstations.

. Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and finished products.

. Monitor ingredient levels and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

. Assist with other bakery duties as required.

Qualification and Requirements:

. Previousexperience as a Baker or in a bakery environment preferred.

. Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and bakery equipment.

. Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.

. Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

. Good teamwork and communication skills.

. Possess Food Safety Certification preferred.
