About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AVP to join our Client Solutions team at RHB Investment Banking. The Client Solutions platform provides a single point of contact, offering clients access to the full suite of RHB's Investment Banking products and regional capabilities.

Working closely with product specialists and regional teams, you will deliver strategic and cross-border solutions across Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Corporate Banking, Treasury, Corporate Finance, Equity Capital Markets (ECM), and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

What you will be doing

  • Drive origination efforts and build long-term client relationships with corporates and financial sponsors in Singapore and across the region
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and various product groups within RHB to deliver the full suite of solutions
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives and foster regional collaboration across product teams
  • Structure and deliver financing and advisory solutions, including leveraged acquisition financing
  • Work closely with Corporate Banking to prepare credit memos and manage the credit approval process for financing transactions
  • Lead the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, financial analyses, and transaction marketing materials
  • Lead transaction execution by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, auditors, consultants, and counterparties
  • Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow and comparable multiples
  • Prepare management reporting, deal pipeline tracking, and financial budgeting materials

What we're looking for

  • At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial institutions
  • Prior experience in Capital Markets and/or Leveraged Finance is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and valuation skills
  • Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and drive origination initiatives
  • Strong understanding of capital markets products and cross-border financing solutions
