Job Responsibilities:
Product strategic planning
- According to the company's strategic objectives, formulate medium and long-term development plans for financial products
- In-depth research on industry dynamics, market trends and user needs, to provide strategic support for product direction.
Product design and management
- Lead the overall design of financial products, including product architecture, functional modules and core processes
- Responsible for product life cycle management, from demand research, design, development to online operation, to ensure continuous product optimization.
Cross-departmental collaboration
- Work closely with technical, operational, marketing, legal and risk teams to ensure product compliance and implementation
- Responsible for cross-departmental coordination, promote resource integration, and ensure that the project is completed on time and with high quality.
User needs and market analysis
- Collect user feedback and market data, dig deep into user needs, and optimize user experience
- Monitor industry competitor dynamics, provide product competitiveness analysis and improvement suggestions.
Team management
- Responsible for the construction and management of the financial product team, and cultivate the professional ability of the team members
- Set goals for the team and follow up on completion to ensure the team is functioning efficiently.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Work with risk control and legal teams to ensure that products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and risk control standards
- Develop and optimize risk control strategies to reduce potential risks in product operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, computer or related majors is preferred
- More than 8 years of relevant work experience in Payments or financial industry products, more than 3 years of management experience
- Familiar with the business model and product form of Wealth Management & Prime Brokerage.
- Have excellent strategic thinking and market insight, and have a deep understanding of industry development trends
- Strong data analysis skills and business logic thinking, able to complete complex project planning independently
- Excellent communication skills, organization and coordination skills, and able to efficiently promote cross-departmental cooperation
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, with risk control and compliance management awareness.
