Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop operations to maintain safety compliance and efficient workflow
- Perform servicing, repair, maintenance, and rectification of motor vehicles to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose motor vehicle issues to identify and resolve faults promptly
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, feedback, and concerns related to vehicle matters to ensure customer satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with health and safety policies and procedures within the workplace
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the workshop and equipment to support a safe working environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 5-6 years of experience as a motor vehicle mechanic
