Technician/Delivery

We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Cleaning Machinery Technician & Delivery Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position is critical to our operations, ensuring that our industrial cleaning equipment is maintained to the highest standards and delivered to our clients safely and on time.

The ideal candidate is a mechanically inclined problem-solver who enjoys a mix of technical shop work and active field delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostic testing, and repairs on a variety of cleaning machinery (e.g., floor scrubbers, industrial vacuums, pressure washers, and carpet extractors).

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to ensure equipment uptime.

• Maintain accurate service logs and parts inventory.

• Clean and refurbish equipment returning from rentals to ensure it is client-ready.

Delivery & Client Interaction

• Safely transport, load, and unload machinery and supplies using company vehicle .

• Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations and basic safety training for customers.

• Complete delivery paperwork, including rental agreements and condition reports.

• Act as a professional face of the company, providing excellent customer service during drop-offs and pick-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in mechanical repair, small engine maintenance, or a similar technical field is highly preferred.

• Driving: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory. Experience driving Vans.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy machinery frequently throughout the day.

• Problem Solving: A knack for fixing things and the ability to diagnose issues independently.

• Communication: Clear verbal communication skills (English/Chinese) for training clients on equipment use.
