Our client is a 3PL with a strong focus on the tech sector, is building an Automation Hub in Singapore to spearhead its expansion in Asia. They are looking for a pioneering team of one Automation Manager and two Automation Engineers. Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to take a hands-on approach. The first six months will include training at their overseas headquarters.

- Lead Automation Strategy: Drive the strategy and execution of automation pilots across warehousing, transport, and support functions.
- Evaluate & Implement Technology: Select and deploy mechanical automation technologies like robotics, conveyor systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems.
- Champion Process Automation: Champion RPA, digital workflows, and AI-driven solutions to automate key processes.
- Develop Business Cases: Build strong business cases for automation investments, including ROI modeling and risk assessments.
- Lead Project Delivery: Establish and lead project teams to deliver automation initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Manage Stakeholder Partnerships: Partner with IT, operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
- Track & Improve Performance: Track key performance metrics and continuously improve automation deployments.
- Innovate & Stay Current: Stay ahead of emerging trends in logistics automation to identify future opportunities.
requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in robotics, engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation
