Job Responsibilities:

• Develop control philosophy and I/O lists, and prepare/review control panel documentation such as GA drawings, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and termination drawings (AutoCAD/EPLAN)

• Select and configure control system hardware (PLC/RTU, HMI, I/O), program PLC logic, integrate field devices and drives, and manage communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, EtherNet/IP)

• Plan and execute FAT/SAT activities including simulation, testing, and documentation, while handling troubleshooting, system cutover, and performance optimization

• Maintain as-built documentation and handover materials, while coordinating schedules, costs, vendors, and project teams, and providing regular updates to the Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Control & Instrumentation

• 2-5 years of experience in PLC/HMI and control panel projects, preferably in water, utilities, or process automation industries

• Hands-on experience with major PLC/HMI systems with the ability to read P&IDs, single-line and wiring diagrams, and perform loop testing and panel QA.

• Working knowledge of Modbus/DNP3, analog signal calibration, and basic networking (VLAN/IP addressing).
