Job Description

Review adequacy of maintained documents against relevant management standards
Carry out internal IMS (Integrated Management System) audits
Work with training partners to conduct Awareness Training on ISO IMS on a regular basis, including revisions and updates to the system
Guide EM Services companies in documenting and implementation of ISO Management Systems
Promote recognized principles and techniques of effective management system
Plan and coordinate ISO Management Review sessions
Other duties as assigned from time to time Job requirements

Requirements

Degree qualification preferably in Engineering
At least 3 years of audit experience, MUST be a REGISTERED Auditor/Lead Auditor of relevant certification schemes
Experience in process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas
MUST be familiar with 2 or more ISO management system standards (e.g. 9001 Quality, 14001 Environmental, 45001 Safety, etc.)
Process improvement oriented (PDCA, Kaizen, 6-sigma, 5-WHYs, Fishbone etc.
