Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced audit and tax professional to support assurance engagements and statutory tax compliance work for a portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for performing audit procedures, preparing tax filings, managing timelines, and delivering quality client service within a professional services environment.
This role sits within the Audit department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assurance activities and document audit procedures in accordance with professional standards.
- Prepare statutory tax filings and support tax compliance matters for clients.
- Manage timelines and multiple engagements effectively to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Develop an understanding of clients businesses and specific service requirements.
- Provide timely client service and support internal teams on audit and tax assignments.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of external audit experience
- Basic knowledge of audit procedures, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to learn, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
