You will works in a multidisciplinary team to provide diagnostic and rehabilitative audiological services to patients.
Job Description:
Perform diagnostic hearing assessment such as otoscopic examination, tympanometry and pure tone audiometry for patients from various referral modes (FS, NIC and RSC).
Provide hearing related services such as hearing aid evaluation, hearing aid fitting, and hearing aid follow-up to patients.
Appropriate referral of patients to other departments whenever necessary such as ENT, MSW, AIC etc.
Right - siting of stable hearing loss cases from ENT, SGH to Community Hearing Clinic, TBCHC.
Keeping track of the data for all referral modes.
Ordering and receiving hearing aids and accessories.
Liaise with BME and vendors for equipment setup, calibration and maintenance.
Ensuring the hearing aid software are up to date.
Assist in audiology - related project, research etc.
Attend to walk-in, e-mail and phone enquiries from patients.
Manage day to day audiology schedule.
Sited in community clinics and/or SGH
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree in audiology or Graduate entry Master's in audiology, speech language & hearing or educational audiology
