Working hour: Mon-Fri | 8:30AM-6PM (Fridays till 5:30PM)

Job Description
- Perform basic hearing assessments and obtain patient case history
- Carry out audiology tests (otoscopy, PTA, tympanometry, OAE, speech tests, etc.
- Record and upload results accurately into EMR and explain findings to patients and healthcare staff
- Provide counselling on hearing conditions, management and expectations
- Conduct hearing aid evaluations, fittings, adjustments and follow-up reviews
- Troubleshoot hearing aids, replace parts and arrange repairs when needed
- Assist with implant device support (middle ear and cochlear implants)
- Liaise with clinicians, nurses, technicians and vendors on patient and equipment matters
- Support clinic operations including equipment calibration, stock monitoring and enquiries
- Participate in training, supervision of juniors, and department initiatives
Requirements:
. Min. Bachelor's in Audiology (Hons) / Master's
. Registered/certified audiologist preferred
