- We are Urgently Hiring For an Ate Test Engineer
- Candidate must possess degree in Electronics degree in engineering and above or equivalent degree.
- 3+ years of experience on ATE Test engineering on the SoC product.
- Experience on IP like MBIST, Scan, IDDQ, Thermal, HSIO, PCIE, DDR, JTAG, Analog is preferred.
- Advantest 93K on SMT 8.x.x or 7.x.x or equivalent digital testing experience.
- The candidate should very well known on test programming development, understanding of the test product, bring up of test pattern.
- Experience on characterizing the product across different Process/Voltage/Temperature.
- The candidate should experience on handling the Wafer Sort and Final Test Package through remote setup.
- Understanding of ATE Test hardware will be an additional advantage.
- Experience on understanding the problems and debugging skills for quickly resolve the issue.
- Experience on Data analysis tool like optimal Plus, Jmp, exensio or any other equivalent tool.
- Experience on unix / linux operating platform.
- Experience on programming skills on Java/C++ and scripting skills in Python.
- Good communication skills is required to work along with the cross functional team.
- Experience on OSAT houses for the program transferring and debugging.
- Experience on handling the ATE Test handler.
This project requires 2-3 years Service agreement
Salary is negotiable for Sr Test Engineer role
