Asst Post Tension Manager

1. Engineering to work with consultants, site team and subcontractors to identify the optimum and safest method of working. To review construction design and temporary works design and to offer alternative designs where applicable. To produce relevant drawings for approval including follow-up for approval.

2. Schedule to study project schedule and hence develop weekly, fortnightly and monthly target. To ensure that schedules must be resource loaded and to include output. To formulate a recovery plan urgently to mitigate delays when it occurs.

3. Method Statement to study/ develop method statements and make necessary modifications when necessary. To ensure our site supervisors and subcontractors understand and adhere to the intended construction method and sequence.

4. Control and reduce material usage and wastage control to contain and reduce project expenditure without compromising the quality requirement.

5. Report site progress weekly to Project Manager to keep the management informed the latest progress of all project in hands.

6. Ensure compliance to company policy.

7. To understand and comply to all HSE requirement.

8. To understand and comply to all environmental requirement.

9. Any other duties and functions that may be assigned by the Company.
