You will be a valued member to our Tech team, specifically responsible for providing technical support across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team members are well-equipped with the IT equipment and systems to be effective in their roles.
Our Technical Support team is integral for ensuring that team members are well-equipped and poised to succeed in all of Secretlab's initiatives, including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
