Job Description

. Manage financial modelling and quantitative analysis on investment targets (with primary focus broader APAC)

. Perform in-depth research and present: On the fundamentals of potential investment and general industry research to assist in the identification of opportunities

. Support deal execution including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation and financing

. Support asset management functions for portfolio companies, including exploring strategies to create value at the portfolio level

. Assist in the review of key portfolio companies from both a strategic and financial perspective and assist in the execution of transactions arising from such review

.Liaise with Credit team on any potential related debt opportunities

. Support team on other activities such as investor reports and fund raising

. Perform other related duties as assigned

. Demonstrates professional conduct consistent with the organisation's values, policies, and standards of workplace behaviour.

Job Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.

. Minimum of 2 years investment banking experience with a global firm in APAC
