Our client, a leading maritime MNC specializing in transportation services, seeks an Associate/Senior Associate to join either Talent Management or Performance Reward functions (one headcount, will be further determined based on your strengths and interests).
The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives, collaborating across geographies to deliver impactful solutions that align with business needs.
The role requires strong initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively across functions and regions. Depending on the individual's seniority and skill set, the position will be appointed as either Associate or Senior Associate.
Responsibilities
Option A: Talent Management Focus
- Design and implement leadership development frameworks and identify high-potential talent.
- Develop and manage enterprise learning strategies, curriculum design, and digital learning platforms.
- Drive culture, inclusion, and engagement initiatives aligned with global values.
- Manage talent data governance, reporting, and insights.
Option B: Performance & Rewards Focus
- Support global performance management frameworks, including goal-setting and appraisal standards.
- Contribute to total rewards strategy, compensation structures, and benefits governance.
- Assist in role architecture, progression frameworks, and policy development.
- Manage data consistency, reporting, and compensation analytics.
Requirements & Preferences
(Must)
Option A: Talent Management Focus
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in talent management, learning & development, and organizational development
- Knowledge and experience with learning frameworks, leadership development, and HRIS systems
- Strong experience in global/regional policies and framework for at least 2-3 years
- Willingness to travel when required and work across time zones occasionally
Option B: Performance & Rewards Focus
- Minimum 5 years experience in performance management, compensation & benefits, or rewards-related functions
- Strong understanding of compensation cycles, benchmarking, and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of learning frameworks, leadership development, and HR systems/learning technologies
- Willingness to travel when required and work across time zones occasionally
- Strong experience in global/regional policies and framework for at least 2-3 years
(Advantageous)
- Master's degree or professional certification in workforce planning, HR strategy, or related areas
- Experience in maritime or other complex industries
- Experience in regional functions and settings
