Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise and monitoring smooth flow of daily processes. Answering to internal/ external customers queries and clarifications.
  • Constantly improving and reviewing of workflows efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy and stay meticulous in daily processing of records and updates.
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects when required/ User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • To take immediate ownership and respond accordingly should there be any complaints.
  • To quickly escalate to Superior for review and rectifications.
  • Monitoring and reviewing of daily exceptional reports.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestion to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Supervising, support and guiding staff on the job as and when they faced difficulties.
  • Support and assists Superiors on daily issues.
  • Working closely with other departments to understand the related work flows impact.
  • Cover daily duties for absent colleagues.

Job Requirement:

  • Knowledge in industry regulations preferred i.e. FATCA/ Common Reporting Standard
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
  • Meticulous and with good organizational and analytical skills
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and display strong initiative
  • Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
  • Process-oriented and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
