Associate Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager (Full-Time | Singapore)

Eligibility: Open to Singapore Citizens & Singapore PRs only

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects aligned with Singapore Government policies and standards. You will manage end-to-end delivery, budgets, and stakeholders, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and government agencies to ensure successful and compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget).

-Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

-Track budgets, costs, and prepare reports and dashboards.

-Prepare and submit papers, reports, and presentations to Singapore Government agencies.

-Engage stakeholders, manage risks, vendors, and procurement.

-Ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in PM practices.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, Business, Finance, or related field.

-Minimum 3 years of project management experience (Government/enterprise preferred).

-Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and government submissions.

-Familiar with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PM tools (MS Project, Jira).

-Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

-PMP / PRINCE2 / CITPM certification preferred.
