Role & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of key initiatives across the organization, ensuring every project aligns with long-term business goals.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a primary bridge between departments, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure project outcomes meet both operational and strategic needs.
- Lifecycle Management: Take full accountability for the project lifecycle, from initial conceptualisation and scoping to final handover and success measurement.
- Resource & Timeline Planning: Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, manage resource allocation, and ensure all milestones are met with precision.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks, implementing effective solutions to maintain delivery momentum and minimize disruption.
- Executive Reporting: Provide transparent, data-driven updates to the management team regarding progress, budget adherence, and key performance indicators.
- Operational Excellence: Define and enforce high standards for project management methodologies and governance across the company.
- Capability Building: Drive continuous improvement in internal workflows, tools, and execution strategies to enhance the organization's delivery maturity.
Requirements:
- Professional Background: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management or a similar strategic execution role.
- Delivery Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading complex projects from start to finish with measurable business impact.
- Leadership & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- Core Competencies: Highly structured and organized, with a natural talent for problem-solving and driving disciplined execution in fast-paced environments.
