Role Overview

The Associate Recruitment Manager plays a leadership role within Employment Agency's blue-collar recruitment operations.This role is designed for experienced recruiters who demonstrate leadership potential and are on a structured path towards becoming a full partner.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and manage blue-collar recruitment activities, including construction workers and domestic helpers.

. Conduct sales and marketing activities and guide the sales team in achieving recruitment and revenue targets.

. Enter into contractual agreements with employing companies and employers.

. Provide guidance and oversight on work permit applications and follow-ups until workers are properly handed over.

. Mentor, guide, and work closely with junior recruitment team members.

. Ensure effective internal communication and alignment across the team.

Requirements

. CEI (KAH) certification is mandatory, with at least 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment (e.g.construction workers, domestic helpers).

. Knowledgeable and experienced in work permit applications and end-to-end follow-up processes.

. Comfortable communicating inthe necessary languages to engage employing companies and workers.

. Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide and support team members.

. Positive attitude, resilience, and a Never-Say-Die mindset.

. Strong internal communication skills and ability to respond promptly.

. Comfortable in remote or WFH work arrangements

. Comfortable in arrangements of flexible earnings close more deals = earn more!
