Responsibilities
- Originate and support transaction opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Assist in providing financial advisory services, including support for overseas investments within ASEAN.
- Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end M&A and corporate transaction processes.
- Conduct research and prepare presentation materials under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support stakeholder communication and coordination among legal advisors, financial advisors, and target company management.
- Provide execution support throughout the transaction lifecycle as directed by senior members.
- Perform research and data extraction necessary for preparing materials and analysis.
- Assist in coordinating communication among all parties involved in the M&A process.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in M&A advisory, M&A transactions, corporate investment, or corporate finance is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of financial valuation and financial modelling is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-driven approach to work.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese language for liaising with Vietnamese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
