Our client, a reputable private bank, seeks a versatile and technically skilled IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs with innovative IT solutions.

Role Overview:

1.Software Development & UI

.Design, develop and maintain SharePoint applications using SPFx, React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

. Build custom UI designs and workflows for Teams/SharePoint Online and Intranet portals.

. Conduct UI/UX reviews and usability testing.

2.SQL & Data Analytics

. Develop SQL queries, perform data extraction, and support data warehouse analytics.

. Create dashboard and report creation (Power BI/Excel macros).

. Conduct trend and performance analysis.

3.Cloud Network

. Support cloud configuration, application deployment and security compliance.

4.Business Analysis & IT support

. Perform Process mapping, prepare functional specifications, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.

. Coordinate UAT and provide first-level IT support, monitoring, and incident escalation.

What We're Looking for:

. At least 3 years of relevant experience.

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.

. Strong SQL skills and experience in relational databases, data warehousing and MIS reporting.

. Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar.

. Meticulous, proactive, independent with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

. Flexible and adaptable, especially within the private banking industry.
