Associate, Infrastructure

The Infrastructure Team seeks to recruit an experienced investment professional at the Associate level for our Singapore office. This role will focus primarily on South East Asia markets while being integrated within KKR's broader Asia Infrastructure platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transaction execution: the successful candidate will support transaction execution, be across due diligence, negotiation, structuring and closing.
• Asset management: the successful candidate will support asset management activities related to KKR infrastructure portfolio companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a background in investment banking and/or Private Equity
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with strong record of academic achievement. Further MBA qualifications will be advantageous
• Experience working in Infrastructure or Industrials sector teams preferred ideal candidate will have experience working across both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Strong financial modelling skills required
