Our client is a global leader in Corporate Services and is seeking an Associate- Fund Reporting /Analytics Real Estate Funds (Contract Role)
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Review monthly/ quarterly financial reports and valuations such as NAV/ Cash analysis
- Provide support for deal acquisition and management in accounting and reporting functions
- Help the team lead with asset sales, including preparing fund flows and working with tax teams, and support the portfolio deal management in accounting and reporting.
- Review monthly reports, check quarterly valuations (NAV, debt, and cash), and tracked liquidity and cash regularly.
- Work closely with the relevant internal team such as legal, tax and legal teams to ensure smooth flow of deliverables
- Be involved in projects such as process improvements initiatives to improve workflow
To be eligible for this role you shall have:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an accounting function in financial services preference in Private Equity/ Real Estate background
- Chartered Accountant or Bachers degree in accountancy is essential
- Candidates directly from Big 4 accounting firms with experience in auditing financial services/ Real estate may apply
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with members of different departments
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a high-pressure environment.
