Associate Director, Real Estate Fund Accounting (Singapore) (CLOSED)

Our client is a fund services provider specialised in the alternative asset management industry including Real Estate Funds. Due to expansion of business, they are looking for a charismatic and seasoned Associate Director, Real Estate Fund Accounting to join their team and the role is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to provide timely and efficient fund accounting services to Real Estate clients including preparation and review of Net Asset Value calculation & reportings, coordinate investor servicing activities, review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purpose etc.
• Liaise with clients for timely and good quality deliverables
• Review and manage the preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting package and working papers
• Cover preparation of capital calls, distributions, partner transfers and reports etc.
• Involved in new funds on-boarding process
• Act as a liaison with various internal /external parties such as auditors, legal counsel, custodians, property management companies
• Ensure that all client deliverables are on time and meet set quality standards

Key Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, or professional accounting qualification
• At least 5 - 7 years of accounting, audit, fund accounting experience with Real Estate industry exposure
• Strong knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP
• Strong knowledge in Yardi will be highly preferred
