Handle sales inquiries and generate proposals for customers
Assist the External Sales Engineers in all enquiries, proposals, quotations, site visits, technical meetings etc.
Assist the Technical Support Engineer as the main liaison between the sales and service teams for quotations, service warranty, etc.
Provide pre/post-technical support to our customers.
Follow up with customers closely for potential orders.
Procurement of materials for assigned Service and Sales.
Monitoring of Maintenance Contract Renewal
Monitoring of Warranty Claims and Equipment Repair
Requirements:
Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (salary will vary based on qualifications and experience)
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Meticulous, self-motivated, positive working attitude and multitasking
Salary will vary according to knowledge and working experience
Possessing a driving license would be advantageous (Class 2/B/A or 3)
