Our Operations Team is seeking a fresh graduate to join us as a Field Service Technician, reporting to the Operations Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands‑on practical experience at the start of their career, with the potential to be converted to a permanent position based on performance.

You will be part of a young, dynamic, ambitious, and fun team in a multicultural environment. Working closely within a collaborative and close‑knit team, you will support operations and interact regularly with both Sales and Service functions.

Who should apply

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Possess a valid driving licence
• Passionate about working with equipment, compressor, generator, load bank, transformer etc...
• Able to work independently, outdoors, and under varying weather conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• IT‑savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Enjoys coordination and regular interaction with internal and external customers
