Associate Engineer, Equipment (12 Hours Shift)

Responsibilities

• Conduct 12-hour shifts to support production operations and ensure equipment readiness. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration tasks in a timely manner. Assist engineers in the installation and connection of new equipment. Troubleshoot equipment-related issues to minimize downtime. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and output quality. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area while ensuring proper handling of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance or high-volume manufacturing settings. Proven hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of production equipment. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, diffusion, implant, and metrology is advantageous. Strong troubleshooting abilities and skills in root cause analysis to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
