About the Role

Join a leading telecommunications infrastructure provider that is driving innovation in 5G, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Services. We are looking for an Associate Engineer to support network operations and service excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to network alarms and customer escalations.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors and field teams for resolution.
Conduct system testing to ensure proper service restoration.
Support software upgrades, service migrations, and process improvements.

Requirements

Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or related fields.
At least 2 years relevant experience in telecoms or network engineering preferred.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of IP, Linux, and telco systems will be an advantage.
