Responsibilities
- Support production operations during 12-hour shifts, ensuring equipment readiness and reliability. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration in a timely manner. Assist engineers with the installation and connection of new equipment. Diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues, aiming to reduce downtime. Participate in equipment improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency. Engage in the Quality Improvement Team program to monitor and enhance productivity and output quality. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area, ensuring proper care of tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, maintenance, or within a high-volume manufacturing setting. Practical experience in preventive maintenance (PM), equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing systems, such as lithography, etching, deposition, CMP, diffusion, implant, and metrology, is advantageous. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis for minimizing equipment downtime and improving reliability.
