We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director of Marketing & Communications to lead integrated marketing, digital, and public relations efforts to drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and guest engagement.
This role plays a critical part in shaping the hotel's market positioning, strengthening brand presence, and delivering impactful campaigns across Rooms, F&B, and Events.
What You Will Do
Drive Strategy & Revenue
- Lead and execute integrated B2C and B2B marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives
- Drive brand awareness, direct bookings, occupancy, and revenue growth
- Partner with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to support business priorities
Own Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee digital ecosystem (website, social, third-party platforms) to maximise traffic and conversion
- Lead SEM and SEO strategies with clear ROI tracking
- Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns for effectiveness
Lead PR & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute PR strategies to position the hotel as a market leader
- Build strong media and influencer relationships across key markets
- Manage press releases, media features, and familiarisation trips
- Act as hotel spokesperson when required
Create Impactful Campaigns & Content
- Oversee development of compelling, on-brand content across all channels
- Lead production of marketing collaterals, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Build Partnerships & Visibility
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships, collaborations, and media trades
- Drive promotions and campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and loyalty
- Lead award submissions to strengthen brand recognition
Lead Team & Manage Performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing & Communications team
- Manage external agencies (PR, digital, creative) for quality and performance
- Own and optimise marketing budget with strong ROI accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5-7 years experience in Marketing Communications / PR, with leadership exposure
- Proven ability to drive revenue, brand growth, and campaign performance
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, SEM, social, analytics)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Creative, data-driven, and commercially minded
