  • Advise clients on reconfiguring their workforce mix to meet evolving business needs.
  • Translate data-driven insights into workforce strategies that support organisational goals.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, covering HR operating model redesign, process optimisation, policy enhancements and service delivery improvement.
  • Drive digital HR enablement efforts, including process mapping, technology readiness, and adoption planning.
  • Lead organisation design engagements (structure redesign, roles/capabilities, workforce shaping).
  • Develop holistic change strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communication planning and readiness measurement to drive successful transformation adoption and sustained behaviour change.
  • Oversee the design of learning strategies and capability-building programmes.

What You Bring

  • Possess 8 to 10 years of experience in HR consulting, people advisory, or workforce transformation within the consulting or professional services industry, demonstrating a strong track record of successful delivery.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex end-to-end transformation initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading teams across dynamic, fastpaced environments.
