What You Will Do
- Lead strategic workforce and HR transformation engagements across industries.
- Design futureofwork, workforce planning and skills strategies informed by data and analytics.
- Reimagine HR operating models, service delivery and digital HR solutions.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives using scenario modelling, skills intelligence and datadriven analysis.
- Advise clients on redesigning their workforce mix, including internal talent, contingent workers, automation, and AIenabled roles.
- Shape and execute change strategies to enable successful transformation adoption.
- Drive org design & develop clear, practical change strategies that prepare stakeholders and employees for major shifts in processes, systems and ways of working.
- Help clients leverage analytics, AI and automation to improve workforce decisionmaking and productivity.
What You Bring
- Possess at least 12 years of experience in HR consulting, people advisory, or workforce transformation within the consulting or professional services industry, demonstrating a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives endtoend.
- Expertise in workforce strategy, HR transformation, org design, and change management.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex HR transformation projects in dynamic environments and guiding organisations through ambiguity.
- Proven ability to develop and grow consulting teams, fostering excellence and client value.
- Passion for building future-ready workforces and enabling people-centered change.
